We offer foundries with competitive price and good quality. According to customers requirement, we supply mid-frequency furnace casting products and arc furnace cast products. It is common that our customers don't have detail drawings on their foundry spare parts, our engineer can do reverse engineering according to customers requirement.

Our target is to supply casting products with high wearability, uniformity, and enough ductility. Traditionally, the major consumables are produced by ZgMn13 or high Chrome material. ZgMn13 has good ductility but low wearability and high Chrome material is normally of low ductility and high wearability. Based on our understanding on working environment, we have developed our materials, including high boron material and M3 material for different working environments.

With the development of grinding media technology, ZgMn13 liners are no longer to match with high hardness grinding media due to its low hardness. We develop our mill liners which can have impact value higher than 15 while the hardness is higher than 60 after hardening in the mill. As a result, the combination of our grinding media and liners can contribute to an improvement on process productivity and  energy saving.

For G.E.T., with our new material, it has achieved about 30% improvement on the lifecycle while the price is still competitive. The application of new technology and our services can reduce the workload at mine site.
